By using this website and making purchases for services rendered whether online or providing payment over the phone or in-person, you warrant that you or anyone who has access to your credit card or other payment accounts, fully agree to and authorize any and all transactions paid to TarotAdvisor.com (Gina Thies). In purchasing services through this website, you also understand that no refunds are given unless defined by this Terms of Service or at the discretion of Gina Thies.
By purchasing, scheduling and receiving services from TarotAdvisor.com, you affirm and guarantee that you are the owner and/or authorized user of the credit card or payment method used to purchase services through this website and you fully authorize any purchase or payments made to AdvisorGina.
By using this site you agree that you have read and agree with all Codes of Ethics and caveats. You understand that services or consultations by Gina Thies are an entertaining curiosity and are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, financial or business advice and should seek the assistance of a licensed professional.
By purchasing, accepting and using the services, you understand that Gina Thies adheres to personal and professional ethics. These ethics relay a professional responsibility that includes discussions for which she carries experience. Services offered are not a substitute for legal, medical, clinical or financial advice.
By accepting services from Gina Thies/TarotAdvisor.com, you as a client agree and understand that should either Party recognize that your needs are beyond the capacity of Gina Thies/TarotAdvisor.com, you will be directed to professional/licensed resources and Gina Thies reserves the right to discontinue services to you.
Cancellation Policy
Special Occasion or Event Cancellation Policy
For in-person events, if you need to cancel for any reason you must notify me to reschedule immediately if a prepayment has been made. Cancellations or rescheduling must be in writing for large events, preferably by email: advisor@tarotadvisor.com or by calling 972-360-8276.
From one month prior to the appointment and/or event, up until the appointment and/or event, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that your special occasion/party is cancelled and you have paid, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of prepaid fees. I will not be able to refund private appointments, email readings, mentoring or coaching services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session and do not respond to Gina’s reaching out or attempts at contact at the appointment time, it will be assumed the session is cancelled. Purchaser will have two opportunities to reschedule. If after two reschedules are set and missed, you will forfeit the session payment.
By using this website or purchasing any service, it indicates that you have read and agree to comply with these terms of service or the cancellation policy listed on this website or point of purchase offline or online. This policy is subject to change.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
It is understandable that unplanned issues come up and you may need to cancel a prepaid appointment. In this, I will make ever effort to reschedule you at the earliest convenience for both of us. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Payments are required prior to services being rendered. Any coaching, consulting, divination or any other services performed by Gina Thies are non-refundable. Cancellations of phone or in-person services are permitted up to the scheduled appointment time BUT NO REFUND SHALL BE PROVIDED and refunds are at the discretion of Gina Thies. By using services of Gina Thies, you warrant and guarantee that you are the owner and authorized user of any and all payment methods used to purchase services through PayPal or any accepted form or gateway.
All prepaid services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless authorized by Gina Thies.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not offer free, sample or complimentary readings. Be aware that your internet browser may be showing ads for free readings that are unrelated to my services.
